Overview
RIAA in the Park is a luxury six-storey condominium concept on Vancouver's Cambie Corridor, in the Riley Park neighbourhood, comprising 16 exclusive residences. Kingdom Property served as development manager from 2018 to 2021, guiding the project through the City of Vancouver's development application process on behalf of the ownership group — coordinating the consultant team, design development, and municipal approvals. Kingdom's mandate concluded with the application phase.
